Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scorecard for Yatzy mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms.

In-app purchases

The App offers an optional Remove Ads in-app purchase. The purchase is one-time, non-consumable, and tied to the Apple ID used to make the purchase. You can restore the purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via the Restore Purchases button in Settings.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple per Apple’s standard refund policies.

Trademarks

“Yahtzee” is a registered trademark of Hasbro, Inc. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro. The App is an independent score-tracking utility for the dice game commonly known as Yahtzee.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
